Hotel Cimbel - Benidorm

Absolutely loved the fine sea view from our room 🌊 The location is perfect for exploring Benidorm. On the downside, I wish the breakfast selection was a bit warmer.

Amazing sea view from the room. The beach is just steps away, great. The evening entertainment didn't impress. Breakfast options were decent. Overall a nice experience.

The hotel was clean based in a Spanish style building with amazingly nice staff. Exceptionally comfortable beds and a complimentary mini bar and WiFi. Lots of excellent food for English breakfast. Great service, private parking available onsite. Quick check-in. A good area, favourable location very close to other areas, good distance between the old town and the East coast of Spain...

Particularly good location in Levante Beach district very close to Benidorm, seafront and other areas.

We stayed in a room with a sea view, and it was so worth it. The atmosphere around the pool was great, and breakfast had loads of options. We loved being close to the beach and the old town bars.

The hotel was brilliant and I appreciated the streets of Benidorm. I booked a family room, it was immaculate and had a private safe, a mini bar and a sofa bed. The food was well presented and the staff was kind. The location was brilliant, next to old Benidorm which is beautiful and the party side which is mental, the promenade and the beach.

I enjoyed fab and prime location of this hotel.

Location: the hotel was really close to the beach, sea, the bus stop to alicante. The room was cosy and it had a mini-fridge-bar, an individual safe and central heating.

Check-in was a nightmare. We arrived and found out our room wasn't ready until 15:00, frustrating. To make matters worse, the room was quite small and cramped, not what we expected for the price we paid. The shower temperature fluctuated too.

Beach with beautiful views. The room was bright, clean, and well maintained. I did find the dining options a bit limited and sometimes lukewarm rather than hot.

Su ubicacion es inmejorable. Las habitaciones con vistas frontal al mar y con terraza. La atencion del personal es muy buena. Es un hotel muy familiar

Lo que no me ha gustado ha sido el desayuno.no entiendo que en un hotel de 4 estrellas el cliente tenga que ir a coger el servicio del desayuno( tazas, platos, cucharas etc) no sirven el cafe en la mesa. Los productos del desayuno son pocos y de poca calidad. Parece mentira que esto pase en un hotel de 4 estrellas A LAS TOALLAS DE LAS HABITACIONES NOS LE ECHAN SUAVIZANTE

the location to the beach, the old and new town also the staff were friendly, we enjoyed the dancing in the evening.

The breakfast menu needs amending, we understand that you need to cater for many nationalitas but the breakfast was very limiit to the engish person, hot dogs for breakfast are not something we would eat. we only ate toast in the mornings as the hot breakfast was only just warm adn greasy. This is the only dissapointment we had regarding the hotel

Amazing, Amazing, Amazing

The amazing front sea view from our room was a daily reminder of paradise! I loved lounging by the spacious outdoor swimming pool, soaking in the sun with the soothing sounds of the waves in the background. The staff were very good to.

Location. Easy access to hotel from bus from Alicante Airport.

Very poor food, especially in evening. Menu outside dining room not in English at all. Presumably because we were the only English people there and the Hotel was full. Booked through internet having seen this hotel on a previous visit. Very poor wardrobe space in bedroom, small cases for a week stay but had to use them too. Not, in our opinion 4 star hotel and we have travelled the world.
